W5 targets 150 to 500-unit multifamily properties in Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets (urban or suburban) – either ground-up construction or value-add opportunities.
W5 targets purpose-built student housing with bed-bath parity located in close proximity to top-tier universities – either ground up construction or value-add opportunities.
W5 targets acquisitions or developments of single-family home communities on a single parcel in suburban areas of Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets.
W5 targets purpose-built co-living acquisitions and/or developments in Major Urban Markets.
W5 targets purpose-built micro-living acquisitions and/or developments in Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets.
