W5 Group grew from founder and principal Ralph Winter's decades of entrepreneurial work in real estate — investing in and developing residential and commercial properties across Europe and the United States. Today, Ralph and his daughter, next-generation principal Celine Winter, are building the family's next chapter together, pairing hard-won experience across market cycles with new relationships, responsible ownership and a forward-looking perspective on real estate, technology and what comes next.

That same curiosity extends inward. W5 Group continues to evolve how the family manages its wealth, understands its portfolio and prepares for the generations ahead — applying the same entrepreneurial instinct that shaped the family's earliest investments to the institution itself.
