The W5 Group focuses on investments in innovative residential real estate in the multifamily, student housing, single-family rental, shared living and micro apartment sectors. W5 invests in land, ground up-developments and value-add real estate. The geographic focus in the U.S. includes gateway cities, sunbelt growth markets and university towns that have attractive supply/demand fundamentals. Our residential focus is rooted in secular demand drivers including scarcity of U.S. housing, millennials entering household formation, high home prices, rising mortgage rates, and offering a strong inflation hedge.

W5 targets 150 to 500-unit multifamily properties in Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets (urban or suburban) – either ground-up construction or value-add opportunities.

W5 targets purpose-built student housing with bed-bath parity located in close proximity to top-tier universities – either ground up construction or value-add opportunities.

W5 targets acquisitions or developments of single-family home communities on a single parcel in suburban areas of Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets.

W5 targets purpose-built co-living acquisitions and/or developments in Major Urban Markets.

W5 targets purpose-built micro-living acquisitions and/or developments in Major Urban Markets and Growth Markets.
